We Are Bound Couriers
Bound Couriers was started in 2019 by Columbus’ local couriers with the goal of providing reliable, professional delivery for independently owned restaurants in our community. We are able to cater to our client's and customers' needs by taking orders and payments on the web and using professional dispatching software to efficiently manage our team and business.
What We Do
We provide on demand and scheduled delivery for many restaurants around downtown Columbus and surrounding neighborhoods.
On Demand Delivery
We provide on demand delivery from our partners to your doorstep. Lunch, dinner, and anytime in-between. You can order from our website or from the restaurant's website and your delivery will be dispatched to us. We'll pick up your order and take it right to your doorstep.
Wholesale Distribution
Need a distribution solution? We can deliver your wholesale goods on a short-term and/or scheduled basis within Columbus.
Short Notice Delivery
We provide short notice delivery to our partnered clients. If you need an already scheduled run to be moved forward, or need to attach an item to a delivery that's already been scheduled, we're happy to accomodate.

Gear
Our riders are all equipped with weather resistant, insulated bags that can carry up to 150lbs while keeping your food at the right temperature - in any weather. We've got cargo bikes to handle large orders and bags to accommodate catering pans, large boxes, and non-square loads.
Bikes
Our riders are veterans of the road and maintain their own bikes. At our office, we've got a bench with the right tools to fix their bikes and we require riders to have a flat kit on them at all times. Even if the worst happens, we're prepared to take it on.
Software
We use multiple programs to ensure that we're giving you the best service possible. We use a dispatch software to communicate with you, track orders, and plan our routes. We use walkie-talkie software to communicate internally and a suite of applications for invoicing and payments. Our software can integrate seamlessly with your business.
